SINGLE OR RETURN TRANSFER

All prices above are for single and return-Transfers. Per vehicle we can take maximum 4 passengers included luggages.

If you book only a single transfer ,we will charge you for a single transfer. Even if you book later a transfer back to he airport we will charge it as a single transfer. Only if you book a return transfer you will get discount on your return transfer.

NIGHT-SUPPLEMENT

By transfers between 22:00 – 06:30 we are charging a supplement from € 7,50 per car. Even if your transfer, after a flightdelay, is taking more then 30 minutes over 22:00 hours we have to charge you the night-supplement.

Night-supplements by minibusses (13-24 person) : € 15,00

Night-supplements by coaches (25-54 person) : € 1,50 per person.

TRANSFER BABIES AND LITTLE KIDS

!!! Important Notes!!!

According to the spanish Law, the babies under the age of 4 years have to sit during the transfer in a suitable seat.

Children over this age, depend on how tall, have to use during the transfer a booster..

Equipments as Babyseats and/or Boosters, free of charges, are available by BenidormExpress. Please request by your booking the right seat for your child(ren).

TOLLWAY AP-7 OR NATIONAL ROAD N-332 ?

You can choose now by yourself !

We took the AP7 between Alicante and your Holiday-Resort in order to reach the destination faster. And now, since the new National Road N332 has been built up, the difference became only about 7 minutes longer to Benidorm. That means the toll became avoidable. But we are going to reserve the selection for you. If you prefer to drive by the national road N-332, then we would need a longer time to reach

Benidorm ca.7 minutes, to Alfaz del Pi and Albir ca. 9 minutes , to Altea ca.15 minutes , to Calpe ca.22 minutes, to Moraira ca.30 minutes , to Javea ca.35 minutes and to Denia ca.40 minutes

Since the 1st of january 2010, you could make your own choice about the route and we drive to Benidorm or other holiday-places. The basicprices, as you can find on our pricelists, are still the same if you make your choice by N-332 and if your choose AP-7 (Highway) then we have to charge you the toll. Please tell the driver at the beginning from your trip, or request it on your bookingsform, which road you want to take.

SHARED TRANSFERS

Shared transfers are only when more passengers using the same transfer-vehicle as the one you are driving with. If you requested a shared transfer and after your arriving there is nobody else who could share the transfer with you,then we have to charge you just the basic-transfer-price from the vehicle.

Depending how many stops or distances we have during the transfer, the shared-price will be variable.

EXTRA LUGGAGE

(Bicycles, Foldable or electric Wheelchairs, Electric Scooters, Golfclubs, Benches etc...etc...)

If you are traveling with golf clubs, 1 or more foldable wheelchairs, child's pushcart, animal carrier, or any other special equipment please request it by your booking in the field Extra Luggage so that we can provide a suitable vehicle or separate trailer. Have also a look to our pricelist for extra costs.

Extra luggage as Bicycles, Elec.Scooterss, foldable and/or elec.Wheelchairs, golfclubs, Benches for animal-transport etc..etz...are free of charge as long as we can get it all in the car. If not,then we have to use a small or a big trailer. Have also a look to our priceslist for extra costs. Our cars (Stationwagons) can take 4 passengers with suitecases and handluggage. Electricle Wheelchairs we can only transporting in a small trailer (€ 10,00 extra) if the person can have a seat by him/herselve in the car. If this is not possible then we have to give the order to another company who has a special ramp on his car to drive the wheelchair in. Please inform us by e-mail as soon as possible so we can order a suitable car and asking for the prices.

Small or big trailer or roofbox for extra-lugage : For following extra pieces of luggages we are using a small trailer or the roofbox. More then 1 bicycle / More then 1 foldable Wheelchair(s) / Electricle Wheelchair(s) / Electricle Scooters / Transport-Benches for big dogs / More then 2 Golfclubs by more then 2 passengers For using the small trailer or the roofbox we are charging € 10,00 per transfer. ******************************. For following extra pieces of luggages we are using a big trailer. (12 Cubic Meters)

50% PAYMENT IN ADVANCE

After many jokebookings last year we took the decision to take a 50% payment in advance for transfers from Valencia to your holiday-Resort. If you booked a return transfer then please pay the return transfer by the driver.

After you have made an online booking you will receive from BenidormExpress a list with all the possibilities to transfer the advance payment.
